Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Client:
    • Clients are bound by a six-month commitment as per the service agreement. However, if a client wishes to terminate their subscription before this period, they should contact “Yaro Creates” directly.
    • Upon cancellation request, “Yaro Creates” will cease to provide services and maintenance. Additionally, the responsibility for hosting will be transferred to the client.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Clients are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days from the start of the contract, provided a payment has been made. Refunds within this period will be processed in full, excluding any non-refundable charges from third-party services, such as hosting.
    • If the hosting charge cannot be refunded by the third-party provider, “Yaro Creates” will transfer ownership of the hosting to the client.
  3. Hosting & Services Post Cancellation:
    • Upon cancellation, any ongoing services, maintenance, and support provided by “Yaro Creates” will be terminated. Clients will assume full responsibility for their website, including but not limited to hosting, content updates, and security.
  4. Payment Post Cancellation:
    • In cases where a pre-payment has been made for services beyond the cancellation date, a pro-rated refund will be considered based on the actual services rendered up to the date of cancellation.
