- These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services offered by “Yaro Creates”, a business entity registered in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Services:
- “Yaro Creates” provides WordPress design, development, and maintenance services, as outlined in three packages on the website.
- Our promise: A Lighthouse score of at least 97 for your website and a commitment to having your site ready within a week, contingent on your timely approval.
- Age Restriction:
- Users must be of legal age to purchase business services. We do not provide services to individuals below the legal age.
- Payments:
- Payments are made via PayPal.
- All three packages involve monthly subscription charges, billed after the month of service. For plans requiring pre-payment, work commences once payment is confirmed.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of payment. If a refund is requested, and payment was made, all work ceases, and hosting services may be revoked. If the hosting company doesn’t grant a refund, ownership is transferred to the client.
- User Content:
- Users have the ability to post content on their own developed sites. The rights to any content posted on client sites belong to the respective clients.
- Liabilities:
- “Yaro Creates” is not liable for damages, issues, or inaccuracies stemming from the use of our website or services beyond the provisions stipulated in the chosen service package.
- Termination:
- “Yaro Creates” reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion.
- Users may request termination by contacting us. However, contracts specify a six-month commitment, and the terms must be adhered to.
- Notifications:
- Updates or changes to these T&C will be communicated via email.
